I'm going to slighlty change up your statement..

"What I find objectionable is the implication of impending DOOM based on an assumption of a TREND that is not yet established as a TREND."

"What I find objectionable is the implication of impending BUYOUT based on an assumption of a NON-SETTLEMENT SITUATION that is not yet established as a PROBABLE OUTCOME."

Changing those 3 words flips the argument. Either argument can be made by those who choose to...don't think either is actually appropriate.

We stand right now :

1. In better situation than we have been. Think most would agree with that
2. Awaiting outcome of Digecor trial (most likely in our favor based on current evidence).
3. Awaiting markman with Samsung
4. Very little information coming out of the company regarding what else is going on? This could be remedied by better communication (my main complaint with the company).

Other than that, alot of hypotheticals and conjecture that just repeated over and over.
