With all respects, saying EDIG has "passed the buck" is a bit harsh IMO. The written agreement between the two parties for the contingency agreement, approved by the BOD as a whole, and OK'd by EDIG's general counsel, who was present at the SHM (and I met him 9/17/08) is very clear as to how EDIG/DM are to cooperate.

The job of a law firm who represents you, is to represent you.

I don't call that passing the buck, I call that smart business to let the experts do their job, and DM is a proven entity in IP litigation, with one of the best parts being, no cash out of pocket up front.
