Remember who has been adding to their trust to the point where they had to make an SEC declaration of their position....and place a family member on the Board of Directors.

Adding at the lows, in size...waiting for something to happen I suppose.

When EDIG appears undervalued enough, as IP litigation continues to perform, SOMEBODY will recognize the value at hand, and when we reach that tipping point, assuming that the market does not react to events unfolding, EDIG becomes vulnerable to a take over.....poison pill or not.
