Good post LL. I like everyone else hope that Edig's version is accepted in its entirety. BOW will most likely appeal but it only be on a judicial error or matter of law. I think over all we are on good ground and when the Judge issues his ruling, the matter will be mostly behind us. Now if DM gets off their ass and files some more paperwork !!!!
