I guess what I am saying is, after 6 settlements that ended up at 10.1 mln our PPS was not positively effected. As we recall, after the LG settlement and I believe another or so, we saw a buy as high as 20 cents, but that day we closed at 18 cents, and after more settlements we gradually got to 10/11 as we speak.

I totally agree with your comment that having tons in CD's is not a negative thing, but my reference point is the PPS concerning my comments.

Don't get me wrong, nobody please, as I remain very upbeat about the IP efforts and what they have produced since the 1st 7 filing round in Mar-08, but the market has not rewarded us PPS wise, and we all felt, at least most of us, that it would.

How EDIG invests what they get over time and what revs those investments acheive, is what the market is looking at.

Take AAPL with $25 bln is cash (note, Gil states 12 bln, but I swear I read an article saying 25??), and what do investors look at with regards to the PPS? Product sales and the like, not Steve's bank account.
