HRH, this is simply EDIG's proposed findings of facts and conclusions they are submitting for the court to consider. Notice the last page... there is no signature by the judge. digEcor should also be submitting their version today. The court has not yet decided how the case will end.
Just checked and digEcor also submitted their proposed findings of fact and conclusions. Will upload in a few mins.
