Message: digEcor 391 Text (long but...why not)

This reads better than a best seller. Definitely worth reading. Thanks, Moo.

Excerpts:

"At one point during the trial, Mr. Wood stated that his sworn testimony on a crucial issue (which did not align with digEcor’s litigation position), given in the 30(b)(6) deposition of digEcor, was false."

"Specifically, digEcor’s President, Brent Wood, offered self-serving testimony at trial that was often contradicted by his..........."

His what?

I would have loved to be there when this weasel was confronted. Don't they call this stuff perjury?

How about this:

"Chris Wood went so far as to state, falsely, that the inspection was not intended to reveal the production status of the 1250 players (compare Exs. 147, 148 with Ex. 90. p. 3.) and instructed the inspector not to divulge to e.Digital any details of the inspection. (Ex. 150, pp. 2-3.)"

I assume there's a filial conection between Brent and Chris. If so, we're talking about the ole apple falling close to the tree.....although Chris' statement might not have been made under oath.

I haven't read all the posts before this one. Maybe someone else picked up on this.
