I don't believe DM cares what our PPS is, they only care about having a winning strategy which makes them the most money possible, which in turn makes their client the most money possible, fulfilling their fiduciary responsibility.

I couldn't agree more. DM is in this to make big money and I know they have a grand strategy all planned out. When that strategy starts bringing in $10 - $20 million per settlement, we'll be laughing all the way to the bank.
