Apple, Philips Sued Over Data Storage Patents

Law360, New York (July 08, 2009) -- Fresh off the final settlement in one infringement case, patent-holding company Synchrome Technology Inc. has broadened another suit over data storage patents by adding Apple Inc., Iomega Corp. and Philips Electronics North America Corp. to the mix.
