Pat Nunally has 20 years' experience in wireless and intellectual property development. Pat previously led IBM's Wireless Patents Portfolio Development and has headed the development of numerous wireless and transaction processing technologies for several companies, including co-founding Wave Interactive Networks - now Wave Systems (NASDAQ:WAVX) - where he was Executive Vice President of Engineering. Pat has also served as CEO of Gruppe Telekom (now part of Philips).

Nunally has more than 20 years of experience in wireless and IP development. Nunally has directed the development of several companies' IP efforts including Patriot Scientific. Nunally co-founded and was executive vice president of Wave Interactive Network (now Wave Systems). He also served as president and chief executive officer of Gruppe Telekom (now owned by Philips).
