Looks like both parties have until Friday to submit their proposed findings and conclusions. Then the court will set a time for closing arguments.

LL/Gil, what exact "proposed findings and conclusions" will the parties submit? Just written arguments as to why each feels they should win? Unless they're sealed, should make for interesting reading this coming weekend. I find it ironic that BOW's hope of EDIG going bankrupt during this case ends in EDIG having more money than ever before. LOL

Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Clark Waddoups: Bench Trial held on 5/28/2009. Parties and counsel present. Testimony of witnesses and evidence entered. Plaintiff and defendant rests. Defendant renewed their 52(c) motion. Court took under advisement. Court instructed counsel to submit their proposed findings and conclusions by 7/10/09. After reviewing the proposals, the court will set the matter for closing arguments. Revised/final witness and exhibits lists due 6/5/09. Counsels redaction designations of the records due within one week of receiving final transcripts. Court adjourned.
