LL/Gil, what's your take? Is it reasonable to think the press of business is that of DM? Notice how many DM lawyers were noted in Doc 164...no less than eight and six are partners. It would seem if there's so much legal business at DM, they wouldn't need to allocate eight attorneys on EDIG's case. And that's not even mentioning attorney Michael Smith, their eastern Texas contact. Notice also the DM powerhouses cited in Doc 164. Jameson, Maze, Minteer, Olson, Sze are definite big fish in the IP fishing hole.
