Concerning the next round frankly, I don't care who is on the list, how many are on the list, just that a new round happens, and not next year after a Markman ruling.

We do not expect eVU sales to be what they were in the past, and thru no fault of EDIG IMO, just the general issues with this economy.

Samsung is currently the only thing we have in the pipeline, and although I and many are confident they will be a big catch, we need some revs coming in if fiscal 2010 is to surpass 2009.

I keep thinking Fred/Robert have something up theirs sleeves and are chomping at the bit to put out a PR when the timing is roght.
