Interesting that they chose to use the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas as their venue even after articles we have seen that indicate it is no longer the "rocket docket".

Where will DM go next round? Seeing how they are 6 for 6 in Texas with one pending, they seem to know their way around the territory.
