How is that actually determined? I have edig shares in 3 separate accounts:

1. INSINCE1999 brokerage a/c
2. INSINCE1999 IRA a/c
3. INSINCE1999 Roth IRA a/c

They are all in my name but are 3 distinctly different names as show above. Am I personally counted as 1 or as 3 investors? And if I am counted as 3 investors, what does that do to the total "number of investors"?

I just thought I would throw that out there for discussion.
