To answer your question.....I flag seldom, had not for weeks, until today, but I do when I feel the comment is an insult.

I could flag dozens daily for being off topic, even my own sometimes, but I don't, however I still think it makes it difficult to wade through all the garbage.

Just to clarify, you are saying soon on product revenue from the eVU into new markets, improved service revenue, new filings, partnerships, and an acquisition proigram, and I suppose you are expecting Samsung revenues before March of 2010.

I happen to disagree with most of the above, especially eVU revenue from new markets, partnerships, and any acquisitions.

We may see Samsung revenue, it would be nice, also we may have new filings this calendar year, a chance, and this would allow for some potential patent income this year if settlements happened.

So we differ on expectations.
