Since we are both just offering opinions....

If more filings are done before a Markman, I say YES there will be more settlements before such.

Also, what proof do we have that Samsung may not settle before a Markman?

Mind you, just offering my opinion and asking some questions for sake of discussion.

There seems to be to many who have this all figured out, with no proof.
