I don't think we want to try and side step DM. They are our legal partner. That could create a mess that would make digecor seem like child's play.

I see DM motivated to avoid legal costs by expediting the process. Why spend 6-12 months and incur court costs when you can extract the same or more dollar amounts in a more efficient manner?
