Other than my gut feeling about Sammy, I never said we would close "big deals" without litigation. If my comments were interpreted by you or anyone else, that was not my intent. I have speculated about Sammy, and even repeatedly said it was my "dream."

I simply feel we should keep our minds open to whatever the future may bring, as anything is possible.

As discussion forums go, many comments are thrown out there from the "hip" or otherwise, and I like to keep my mind open to everyone's thoughts.
