They can't act on the "announcements" yet, but are likely more than aware of whatever it is that will surface this calendar year...and the pps remains bottomed out, which will further allow them a great entry point when the information goes public.

The only people "trading" are the "locals", as EDIG news remains cloaked in obscurity, hence the overall low volume in light of 16 infringers on the hook.

This looks to be a promising 8 month stretch.
