The present lawsuits which may evolve to a Markman ruling, and if favorable, only will deal with certain specifics of the patents and infringements listed in the suits.
It doesn't involve all of our patents and chances are many of the remaining infringers will want to challenge some of the assertions, especially tier II.
As to all of them falling like dominos or capitulating, I see no justification for these assumptions.
This is still a 3-4 year process, and could go on longer than that.
