Why even say such things? Everyone here knows that it won't stand the test of time.

I am generally pleased with the recent 10K and comfortable with the company remaining silent until they have something tangible and of real value to communicate. I happen to believe that there will be additional filings sooner than many expect. It makes sense that DM's strategy should be to take Samsung to Markman and allow other companies the 'opportunity' to settle before or after that decision. Until demonstrated otherwise, that's my working theory of their IP strategy.
