And that would be a great argument for EDIG to continue hoarding cash and then expand ventures into new areas via acquisition.
IFE remains a question mark but they now have working capital and that looks to continue to move in that direction. I don't doubt DM's convictions after their game plan performed to yield record numbers for the company although that is probably old news now and should not be ever mentioned again.
There was a lot of doubt right up to the day before DM announced 7 filed suits as they lagged after the vivitar filing....then the doubt resumed, the shareholders meeting became a rally point for the doubters...but alas, the meeting was held and then the first settlement was announced.
Then the doubt resumed...then more settlements...then the doubters resumed....then more settlements and guidance for a record year....then the doubters resumed....then the record 10K and instant doubt resumed....
I happen to believe DM will continue to operate in good faith and that the guidance for over 184+ was accurate and that more results will follow. I also understand the company is restricted to some degree but has always issued PRs with every settlement.
There have been some disappointing 10Ks in the past....THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM nor is the company's position going forward.
