How many OTCBB stocks have you seen doing a reverse split? I have seen it dozens of times in the last 5 years or so, and have been a "victum" of it as recently as about 30 days ago, with GAEC that did a 1 for 20.

At one of the share holder meeting I attended when EDIG officed in Sabre Springs, which is in Poway City limits, during Q&A, a Man asked of RP, "will we ever have a reverse split?"

This was probably 2003 or 2004...I honestly do not remember.

RP's response, the best of my memory:

"A reverse split does not favor the share holder. We will never do that to you."

Man, they have sure had many reasons to take this course and have not.
