As I said in a previous post, I think we`ll at least get notice from EDIG about the time, place, etc. for the annual meeting of shareholders. I suggest this because I believe there is a SEC requirement that companies give a minimum 45 day notice to shareholders. In about 45 days, EDIG`s 10K (annual financials) are due, and audited results will be known. Seems an appropriate time to hold the meeting.... (if they don`t, around that time, I`ll be very surprised).
Historically, I don`t believe EDIG has ever given any guidance in conjunction with the ASM notice.
