However, EDIG's increase in shares, was voted on and approved each time. The last time, the share holders voted to add 50 Mln, for a total of 350 mln now.

At the share holder meeting 9/17/08, there we two attendees who forgot to vote their proxy before coming to the meeting. RP handed them ballets, they voted, and RP announced the vote had passed. The two ballets that were executed and signed was a legal formality, as the meeting had been called to order.

A share holder in the back of the room said, "I'd approve the addition of 100 mln shares, so why did you not ask for it?"

RP: "if we needed 100 mln additional shares, we would have asked for it."

My take...our BOD knew settlements were in the making, money coming in shortly, and rather than dilute the shares further, they requested only what was needed to transition us thru until sttlements, cross licencing, partnerships etc, would fund us adequately to remain a going concern.

I believe our BOD has conducted itself very well, with respect to printing more shares over the years.
