Why, if the settlements are successful in outcomes and amounts and the law suits are to a large extent cookie cutters, they have not filed any more law suits for so long? If they make money one would reasonably expect that they would have been doing so. Although the subject of law suits is common, nevertheless they are also independent and there is no reason to wait for the outcome of Samsung. In fact, there is not any detremental effect to the firm if they would guide us as to the number of suits they intent to file in the next few months. lI too am the high up the ladder of a substantial corp. and transparency and communications with the public is high in my list.
