As I recall, there is a SEC regulation that states that companies must provide a minimum 45 day advance notice of a formal meeting of shareholders. We have the YE financials due out by ME June, suggesting an annual meeting of shareholders would be called very near that time. 45 days from next week puts us at ME June/early July. So we could resonably expect an announcement of time/date/etc. of our annual shareholders meeting next week. With that notice may come some news, but even sans news, the announcement alone may be enough to move us a little North with the idea that the deafening silence will at last be broken.
Was someone witty enough to think that through and act on it? If so, good move....
And I KNOW nuttin`!
