Hello Pravda,
There is no "rule" on your question. I'd say it's a personal choice, and I have rarely seen any HL state it was they who flagged a post, nor saying it was they who banned someone. IMO, it serves no purpose, and can cause unwanted tension and personal conflicts to errupt.
Since you asked, and the manner in which you asked was a border line rule violation in itself ( no guts ) I will answer your question.
It was I, and it was not personal. It will never be personal with me, and from time to time, a HL will flag a post, and it is obvious to me to be personal, as I see the sniping back and forth, then all of a sudden...BAM, so I process the flag as "ignore violation." What's right is right...CAPICHE?
I flagged your post as a violation called "insults and personal attacks."
It was Agora who read your post, and deleted it. A HL cannot delete VP and up posters. It must come from Agora admin, and if they feel the post is not in violation, they leave it be.
If you read their 6 rules, decide on your own if they did the right thing. If you disagree and feel you have been treated unfairly, make contact with them and protest it.
Lastly, I stand on my decision to flag your post, regardless of who it was sent to.
I trust this answers your question.
