Some investors yesterday including ronran were betting on news today. Usually EDIG releases news on Tuesday, but it looks like we need to be more patient.

The company may take this right up to June 15th before we see news.

Most likely, the reason, IMO, not to show their hand until absolutely required. With new lawsuits coming, why tell the world what past settlements have paid?

I would bet we will see earnings bunched together without specific settlements per each lawsuit; but this is still plenty of information for future suit candidates to extrapolate, thus understanding their potential liability.
