The point of my last post...

Ovonyx produces a RANDOM access memory that would be on par with NOR as a cross-point architecture.

Samsung is only utilizing(licensing from Ovonyx) the CMOS process with the additional ingredients...

What type of PRAM memory matrix do you think they will produce.....seeing they are experts in the NAND business?
