I happen to agree, we should let the past edig die.

My timeline begins with the announcement of the lawsuit filings and the subsequent settlements. So the present in my mind begins approximately 15 months ago.

I can relate to the facts starting from this timeframe. We all can agree we have seen the first quarter profit in the history of the company and that the fiscal year will be the best recorded.

Basically I am saying we have seen no significant price gains during this time period and for the market to exercise it's participation, we need an event or more (such as a large settlement from Samsung) or a partnership with one of the industry leaders in the market.

We may see an uptick after the June reports, but to sustain any increase we will need new filings or other positive situations. If not, it is likely the price will drop to prior levels waiting for a more important contribution.
