Obviously sky feels strongly about this, that being said, personally I strongly disagree with him regarding the whole "booting tone..." and think that the board is far more peaceful lately.

I do not miss the consistent negative tone, and sky can hardly be accused of being consistently negative. I do however understand when he comments on posts that he feels may appear too exuberant or appearing like a statement of fact. Just as those who went too far in the other direction were questioned, he has the responsibility we all have to call on a poster to explain if he feels it's possible they've gone overboard. A testament to the difference in the board is that he asked for clarification, received an answer that made sense and that was the end of it. If not for his other statements we wouldn't be talking about it now. That is far more preferable than a running war.
