Whose decision and when was it decided to use Linux after EDig has designed the system, as has been posted here today? Was it before or after APS was purchased by Wencor..??

My conclusion: It was EDIG`s decision to use Linux. The development of the digesystem had to have occurred before Wencor was even a figment of APS`s imagination. The first indication of APS`s interest in APS was Aug 20, a month before the digEsystem was demonstrated at the WAEA conference and a month before Wencor acquired APS.
