I would not say no to that either!!
If I am not mistaken, sunpoop's $12 comment was what he felt the PPS could run up to if everything fell into place. I don't remember it being tied to being sold. He said something like, "it happened before, so what makes you think it cannot happen again?" Words to that effect.
So, do you agree that with proper IP efforts should someone buy us, that they could recover a nice size chunk of the purchase price, and the XLA's makes them more valuable as another said...which I forgot to mention. And RP said at the SHM, "hundreds of millions in settlements."
We filed against the Mag 7 Mar 6, 2008. 6 fell rather quickly, so why is it taking so long for Sammy? More complex, more money at stake, a settlement deal of huge proportion, a partnership, a BUYOUT? Every senario has been mentioned by someone.
This is as close to "hyping" as I will ever get. I'm throwing this out for discussion only. The big question is, how does one put a value on the worth of a company like EDIG? What is the eVU part worth? What are our 5 patents and recent receipt of licenses from settlements worth? How does a prosective buyer put a number on the overall picture, to include infringement money down the road?
I have no idea....
