If things are strung out as much as these new developments indicate, we could be waiting 2 to 4 months minimum for a decision. I hope the company isn't waiting for that to happen before they press on with their plan....whatever that is.

Let's think of the best outcome and the worst . How would each of those scenarios impact on EDIG's plan....whatever that is. :>)

I guess we'd have to know what, "is", is. I hope the company tells us something useful during the intervening period. Maybe a little less boiler plate and something with substance. At this point, I'd be satisfied with a new list of infringers between now and the court decision. We'll also have a financial report which might shed some light on the plan.

Let's consider the worst outcome. Wencor gets all the patents associated with both players and Alaska Airlines to boot. I'll go out on a limb and say it's a lock that's not going to happen. That was the easy one. :>)
