Looking at the Digecor and their master, I think this trial is just phase two. No matter what the outcome of the trial, I see years of appeals as well as lawyer's fees.

Personally, I would like to see the numbers for the quarter and a number of statements from both management as well as DM. There were a few rulings at the Samsung motions that DM had to withdraw allegations which bothered me. I am wondering if DM is holding back as it investigates these patent claims as it pertains to future suits.
