It all depends on the market circumstances.

If the stock moves above $1 then both .13 and .17 will be brilliant buys.

The better buy won't be based on its price point but rather on the volume you have at either of those prices.

Suffice it to say all these buys the past several years are going to be winners if DM continues on this path.
