That's why I mentioned to check 1st...I see. However, if you bought 25K for .14 = $3,500, and lets say it took 5 trades at $25 each = $125, and the PPS went up 1 penny, you are $125 ahead already.

I don't let commisions keep me from getting what I want. They are the cost of a purchase and I tend to ignore them, but' that's just me.
