This gets back to us/edig taking the wavelength signal capturing it in analog and coupling it into a digital stream within a handheld - and the related circuity probably involds a solder-board n wires..
doni may need to comment, but imo MOS could be worked into its confines. It's beyond me, and way beyond our patent experation dates as being viable so who knows and I don't think it has any bearing on us in the too forseeable future..
