We're finding out that not to be the case...

Each settlement thus far is different...

445 and 108 were adjusted from the Samsung case by order of the court to remove claims in the case....the question of why "with prejudice " still remains a mystery....

I would say there is a regrouping going on after reading what counsel for e.Digital commented with regard to claims having to be shortened with concern to Samsung.

Seems, IMO, that they can not, at this point, present the full scope of e.Digital tech in one case, and that comment of counsel says to me it caught them off guard.
