As I wrote earlier the Juge has pretty much decided the remaining issues at this point...

He probably has given a bone to each party just to get rid of this case, and does not want this case to go on a non-sensical appeal...

He is bringing the parties in Court to give the Lawyers a chance to talk their clients (essentially BOW), into agreeing with settling their differences and go away...

He knows EDIG wants out, which they showed by dropping their Defamation and Interference with Economic Adavantegeous Relations claims. And if he Has given BOW some Bones, (like paymnet for Batteries, and Late delivery), may be he can twist arms to have BOW as a customer of EDIG, with a 2 year free ride to compensate him for late delivery. Just a plausible guess here, as we are missing 3 Pacers and we know not what they were about...
