Absolutely correct. Don't call the courthouse. You can cut through all the middlemen if you just call Judge Waddoups at home tonight. :>
Just dial BR-549 and ask for Jr.

While we believe in the case EDIG put forth -- and we "know" it was a winner -- the judge may take his time since it is unlikely he is holding hundreds of thousands of shares. Of course, RP and Fred could slip into his chambers with a big fat envelope, but that might complicate things just a bit. We were on solid ground with the possible exception of a $25K late fee and even that was in question. It's done until we know how pissy the pear shaped wonder will be when he finds out the ball is not his and he cannot take it home.
Within the next 30 days we should hear some level of detail on:
Hmmm...Fred is going to be a busy guy over the next few weeks as I would bet (that means WAG) they have worked their collective arses off getting ready for the trial. That means they could be a bit behind and will need to catch up before the filings.
Either way, the Wencor mess is done for now and it is time to turn that page and move on. That means "go out and sell some stuff."
Just my $0.02 and worth every cent you paid....
