Nebulous? Hmmm... well, I guess I don't feel that they have. What's nebulous about saying that the control and timing is up to DM? In some ways, the process has taken quite some time - but in others, settlements certainly occured sooner than we would have thought.

If we're talking about the whole 'more filings by end of March' thing, I don't see why we shouldn't give them some slack on that. It's only been 45 days or so since that 'deadline' which we should understand as unoffical guidance at best and not really a deadline at all. Legal realities and strategies can change at will and I can accept that. What matters to me is ultimate success, not that I be privy to the details. We'd all like to know more but given what's already been accomplished, I just don't see the point of questioning their strategy - not yet at least.

Now if we're talking about getting the word out to potential investors, then yes I'd like to see that happen and hopefully, when the time is right, it still will.
