I know that for e.Digital vs Samsung, they had to agreed to withdraw 445 and 108 with prejudice for some reason.

That might be a better question to present rather than fundamentals that have no bearing on anything yet.

However, that could be a strategic move so I wouldn't expect much in the way of an answer.

For the 445 and 108 to have been removed with prejudice I'd say e.Digital and Samsung have something cooking.....or that resignation would have been without prejudice As e.Digital council suggests in an answer to the court to thin the claims used in the case.
