The most important question is where is the quidance for new revenues and sales for the next quarter. We have not any information about sales, no information for any new filings by DM. What do you think about revenues for the coming quarter? Any guesses why DM does not do any new filings? They have the resources to do so. There might be a number of reasons. But could it be that they are not filing because they find the settlements not to their liking? Could be also the case that they settled because the Edig's case is not air tight? Does Edig spend all its time and talent in responding exclusively to the current trial? Is the market behavior the sole product of the MM's actions or it reflects also the actions of the management? These are, as I see it, serious questions the manegement has to answer.

Please don't respond by suggesting that I am angry at the management or I should sell my shares. By putting more pressure to the management, we might see some improvements.
