I assume EDIG is pursuing a big settlement with Samsung, first because of the extent of alledged infringment and secondly, they are the last infringer of the 7 named tied to the Markman hearing date set for Feb of 2010..decisions, decisions

will they lose or lose even more? I think they'll settle at the last possible moment
