with this case, while a justified concern for shareholders, serves to keep downward pressure on the stock price even in light of the big turnaround the company has undergone this past year.

This complete distraction will be gone shortly, one way or another, so investors can get focused back on:

1) Fiscal Year Results (with great anticipation)

2) 2nd Generation eVU efforts (new markets and continued IFE efforts)

3) Pacer filings on SAMSUNG settlement or court date set

4) Duane Morris setting up fiscal 2010 by releasing the next round of infringers (will they go one by one or throw out the net for the big catch?)

Nothing productive comes from unknowns such as legal matters....it only serves to add to any fear, uncertainty or doubt.

With this weight off our shoulders the investment looks twice as good as there is not a lot to hold this back after that.
