He could have been the brain behind the "non comeptition clause" which got shot down by the Court, and has already been written about by other Bar members as an example of bad lawyering. If I were him I would delete all reference to involvment with Digecor case. It is not something to crow about...Lol...Lol...
Even he should have known that no Court would enforce a broad non compitition clause that forbids anyone from making a living for seven years in planet Earth...
