Looks like someone has their paint brush out again...............a 20K share buy at the ask, followed 8 seconds later by a giant 250 share sale at the bid. Painting the tape anyone?

Now the other fishy part of that is that fact that VFIN is camping on the bid, maybe they have a "buy it all" at .14 order they are filling.......
